Wolfie The Bunny

Wolfie The Bunny
Written by Ame Dyckman, Illustrated by Zachariah OHora

Summary:
When her parents find a baby wolf on their doorstep and decide to raise him as their own, Dot is certain he will eat them all up until a surprising encounter with a bear brings them closer together.

Primary Source Pairing:
Dot is clearly aware of the food chain and her place in it when her parents choose to adopt an adorable baby wolf that was left on their doorstep. Using this food web as the primary source pairing, students have the evidence to agree with Dot! But since this is a fiction book, Dot and Wolfie are there for each other in the end.
